My History
There have been many times over the past few years where I had thought about making some changes to this website and finally decided now was the time. I hate to admit that not much has happened these past seven years since its inception although my husband and I did celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary this past year and he reached a milestone when we celebrated his 80th birthday with family and friends.
My Interests
Over the years I've noticed that my interests and hobbies have been constantly changing. I enjoy building dollhouses and still have over 80 kits yet to build and I still do a lot of cross-stitching which I truly enjoy.
At this time, I've gotten into scrapbooking and cardmaking and really love working with paper. Recently, my girlfriend Carolyn, showed me just how much fun quilting can be. I've made two and recently finished a third, a rag quilt.
My Family
I've been blessed with two great kids, Troy who is 42 and a United Church Minister and Missy who is 33 and owns her own floral business. They each have children of their own. Troy and his wife Krystal have two children, Areal and Aaron and Missy and her husband Joe have one child, Corrina.
I'm now 62 years old.
We purchased Sydney, our Australian Shepherd in June, 2003. He's turned out to be a great companion and a very special family pet.
